Open access policy

Journal of Computer Science and Cybernetics provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. There are no costs charging for open access publication. All costs for the publication process and maintaining the open access are supported by Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.
